As nurse advocates, we continue to push for professional, safe and ethical foot care services available to our seniors. We thrive on the satisfaction we get from helping our clients and are thankful for the opportunity to serve our community in such a meaningful way.
Our success is measured by the ever-growing number of seniors we serve each week. As a foot care nurse, providing such care to our seniors within the community is my honor.
We provide services at your residence whether that be a home or a residential care facility.
We also partner with assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, churches, physician offices, or any business that will provide a space for us to offer routine foot and nail care.

Jeanne Laguna, MSN, RN, PHN, CWCN
As a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience specializing in geriatrics, Jeanne observed how difficult maintaining proper foot care can be for our aging population. She saw first-hand how the effects of improper foot care can lead to lower extremity wounds, infections, and amputations and how disease processes can adversely affect the feet and nails.
When she explored the options for safe senior foot care, she not only found a gap in the healthcare system but also in services available locally.
Insurance restrictions limited the availability of services and as a result, many podiatrists were no longer offering routine foot care services. This left nail salons or family members to become the foot care provider. These options carry many risks.
Jeanne became so compelled to find a way to fill this gap in care for seniors that she spent many hours and late nights researching and brainstorming ideas. She found an established, safe, medical grade business model of care, which she adopted and began business as All About Town Foot & Nail Clinic.
All About Town offers the solution with a specially trained foot care nurse who will perform these routine services in your place of residence or at a partnered business or facility. Safe and effective routine foot and nail care services are provided by a registered nurse, within their scope of practice as defined by the California Board of Nursing.
Jeanne is a US Army veteran, 95B Military Police- hoorah! having served during Desert Storm. She has earned her master's degree in nursing and is a certified wound care nurse with the WOCNCB. She has two daughters, six grandchildren and a big, ole goofy rescue dog named Deputy Cuddles.
